Works great, responsive, intuitive, and regularly updated. The search feature is awesome. No port forwarding needed, and I can switch between multiple servers in no time. I just wish they would add layout control, so I could re-order the cameras easily instead of it being strictly A-Z. If you set your secondary stream to 2 or 3fps instead of the 7fps default, it can make a big difference on sites with slow upload speeds (15Mbps or less).

7/18/25 : In v. 25...356 the video glitches when viewing any camera, when you send the app to the background for a few minutes, and then you come back it gets stuck. I have the same phone and updated dw 2 days ago and the old version did not do that.

It's a great addition to your software, however I would highly suggest adding the ability to cast it to a TV(aka add a cast option) this would be great to view a part or full view of my establishment without the need to install software on the go

This is running VERY slow on my android. 5 seconds of time takes 5 minutes to view. I did the update. No help. I Uninstalled and reinstalled. No help. I logged out, logged in. No help. Restarted my phone. No help. Alarm company reset our server computer. No help. Works good on computer, not my android. There is nothing else I can do on my end, this is a DW issue. Please fix, I need access to our business cameras!

So many reviews about the apps' inability to rewind and view- why don't they fix this?! It is a primary use case, and it is an abysmal failure. Time to change security companies.

Everything takes ages, the camera playback, especially going backwards, often stops and the app crashes. Almost completely unusable... My friends with phones don't experience nearly as many issues as anyone with an Android phone, this app really sucks! Tried to view the cameras from within the property where they're installed via Wi-Fi that's directly connected to the server, it just says "cameras offline" and "cannot connect to server" even though it was sorta working 5 minutes ago, works on pc
