Wafd, is the best bank I've ever dealt with. The app is easy to navigate, easy on your eyes, and you can find things pretty quickly. The only change I would make is adding a help chat feature

Online banking app is not compatible with my new phone! (Motorola G Power) I can't access my bank app with my phone, until you make the app compatible! Please fix! I like the app, and I used it every day!

This app SUCKS. It used to work before, and then they had an update which changed how the app worked and the layout which was fine, but now it doesn't even open or work and just tells me to contact them via phone number

App was working just fine on my z fold 5, for years. Now, for some reason, the app doesn't show up on the play store and when I manage to get to it it says "this app isn't compatible with your device anymore." what the hell? No notification of support ending, no way to access my bank on my phone, nothing. This is unacceptable. This app has had some bad or otherwise slow implementation in the past, but now it's just awful. Makes me regret ever choosing to bank with WaFD
