Less incoming water tankers, responsible residents and modern forward-thinking society. Because of this we have started placing new ideas all over our apartment.

We were one among the early customers back in 2020. Right from the beginning we had some or other issues like readings were not correct, meters malfunctioning, app keeps having issues with caching and showing incorrect data, etc. Every month the consumption report will show 0 for many flats. We have to raise the ticket, and they will fix it for that month. We are unable to charge the residents fairly. I would suggest not to go for it unless it is 100% needed.

Unable to turn the valve "on". Their online support team is unable to solve it. I had to stay without water for a day.
