Comments on WaterOn for Android

★★★★★ I'm excited to tell you about my great experience with Smarter Homes and their water metering services. Their cutting-edge technology and committed support have dramatically decreased my water consumption, resulting in significant savings. Their system's seamless integration and devotion to water conservation have made a significant difference. Smarter Homes comes highly recommended by me for their practical solutions and outstanding support.

★★★★★ I was skeptical regarding the functionality and usability of these fancy meters for my high rise and wanted to simultaneously take the best decision for my society as a committee member. I took the step forward, invested huge money into the idea and company, and at the end happy to say that I got the desired results. Less incoming water tankers, responsible residents and modern forward-thinking society. Because of this we have started placing new ideas all over our apartment.

★★☆☆☆ We were one among the early customers back in 2020. Right from the beginning we had some or other issues like readings were not correct, meters malfunctioning, app keeps having issues with caching and showing incorrect data, etc. Every month the consumption report will show 0 for many flats. We have to raise the ticket, and they will fix it for that month. We are unable to charge the residents fairly. I would suggest not to go for it unless it is 100% needed.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to turn the valve "on". Their online support team is unable to solve it. I had to stay without water for a day.

★★☆☆☆ This Water On concept is not a matured product, specially for Bengaluru water, and they are not yet all supportive.
