Everyone now cheated. Very bad experience with rectus. There all rewards meaningless. Every retailer, plumbers are fed up and lost there hope regarding their rewards. (they have to give all rewards and points back to the plumber and retailers) hope they short out the problem soon.

So many difficulties in the app when I tried to redeem my points the mainanace is still processing it's more than 30 days now bit its mentioned in term and conditions that points will be redeemed in 15 days maximum Awful impression it's my first redemption

Good app but down for maintenance since last 35 days when it will be up and running, customer care don't respond to queries and redemption takes forever my client request for redemption is pending since 35 days (he redeemed and app went down same day)
