Description
Experience the door communication of your Welcome system on your smartphone or tablet! Never miss a door call. With the Welcome app all calls are transferred directly to your mobile device. You can see and hear who is at your door via Wi-Fi network or remotely on 3G/ 4G (or higher) networks. Missed visitors are recorded with picture and date and can be called up at any time later.
Simply connect the app to your Welcome system via the myABB-LivingSpace account. Information about the configuration of your IP-Gateway is shown in user manual.

One of the worst apps I ever used, incredibly buggy and with an abysmal interface. And their Wi-Fi intercom device is even worse, losing connection to Wi-Fi continuously even though the router is few meters away. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the terrible ABB company!!!

The user experience is terrible! When a call is ringing you cannot mute it, so you only can answer or reject it. If your have opened the door, the call is automatically hanged up, and this is a problem when I use it for receiving parcels (I want to check if the parcel is properly delivered) Image quality is VERY POOR. There is some lag when trying to manage the device. And you have the 'Device Busy' message very frequently when you need to interact with it. Does not worth the price at all

Ever since the Jan '23 update, I can't answer my door with the app. I get annoying checkbox messages about overlays and battery optimization, then the app just crashes. Every. Bloody. Time. Can I get a rollback to a 2022 version? This is unusable.
