Gone are the days of managing spreadsheets and notebooks to track your workout routine. Wendler Workout Log provides you with an easy to use tool to do it all for you. Simply enter your current 1 rep maxes for the main lifts and the app will calculate your program, so you can focus on lifting and start making strength gains.

The Wendler 531 cycles are automatically calculated based on your current strength levels and are designed to provide you with slow and steady progress to allow you to break both multi-rep records and one rep maxes. Each cycle lasts 4 weeks and will have you handling heavier weights each week until the final deload week which will allow your body to rest and recover.

Features included:
• Automatic calculations of the weights for each exercise, each week.
• Automatic weight increases each cycle.
• One rep max calculator (Epley).
• Kilograms or pounds options.
• Options to add your own assistance exercises to each of the main lifts.
• Progress tracking.
