Great but there is one huge annoyance! On the Accounts display that shows your account current balances before logging on, the credit card balances shows the available credit card spend balance including your credit card limit instead of the actual total of outstanding items. Everyone I have spoken to wants the outstanding balance shown, not the amount available that is not yet spent. Please change it Westpac or at least give us the option to select which we want to see!

Technology is bittersweet. Today we have AI, what's next? One thing that is consistent is Westpac One. I sit on my butt cheeks trying to figure out which buttons to press, only to end up overwhelmed. There's no service like a Tellers service. However, the app is priceless, easier to comprehend and painless on the butt cheeks. When in need, call 0800 number, help is readily on hand. Its Banking is so much faster and easier. Pain free on the butt cheeks too.

Blank screens then opening accounts windows, blank screens when login in, needing multiple refreshes. This app is the dealbreaker why I'm about to switch banks as the online banking experience is a misrepresentation of what it claims to be.

Horrible app, can't switch between accounts, have to completely close the app and log back in to be able to switch between accounts. Then sometimes app won't log, will keep giving you error (something went wrong while trying to log in). These issues have been around for last 4 or 5 years, tried reporting them directly to Westpac staff at bank counter and CS on phone, still now improvement. I have missed my mortgage payments on couple of instances because of these issues.
