Why at Work

Why at Work — smarter days at the office
More employees than desks? Why at Work helps you distribute scarce office space fairly and efficiently. Employees easily reserve a workspace, parking spot, or lunch — per half-day — while management always has a real-time view of occupancy.
Reserve what you need
Book a workspace in a room or pick a specific desk on the floor plan. Indicate right away whether you're staying for lunch and whether you need a parking spot. Everything arranged in one go.
Come to the office together
Create group reservations for your team and align your office days with your colleagues. See who's in when and plan your day smartly.
Check in without the hassle
Check in via QR code or NFC. That way you don't just see who plans to come — you see who's actually there.
Insights for management & facilities
The admin portal gives facility managers and HR insight into occupancy patterns, attendance statistics, and space usage. Reserve workspaces on behalf of colleagues, set office announcements, and manage user notifications.
