Appart from being sent here by DE ticket with backwards instructions. The app is a better version of DB Navigator. Can save routes and tickets offline and without nagging for log in.

20 MB just to get D-Ticket? -⭐. Unfriendly UI with magenta text on magenta background in search results: -⭐. Error processing? What is this? e.g. try to open ticket as PDF offline: -⭐. Long intro by 1st use: who is going to REMEMBER all that? Totally wrong concept for 2023: -⭐. Etc....

Very disappointing experience. I accidentally purchased a Deutschlandticket under my name while trying to buy one for a family member. The ticket was never used, but my refund request was rejected. I had a similar case directly with DB some months ago, and they refunded it without any problem. This shows that a customer-friendly solution was possible. I will not use this service again and cannot recommend it.

Perfect example of dysfunctional corporate structure of DB. A bad version of DB Navigator forced upon users if they buy the D-Ticket not directly from Bahn but a regional provider, as you're required to do when taking advantage of regional discounts (reduced D-Ticket for students, subsidies by certain local districts, ...). How all Tickets can't simply be integrated in one App is beyond me, but probably is due to lack of leadership/communication between the relevant parts of the organization.

My daughter installed this App to show her DB Deutschland Ticket (I use the DB Navigator for mine). However, this App is not reliable. It did not show her purchased Deutschland Ticket until today (03 Jan 2025), and, because of this delay since the 1st of January, she had to pay an extra €7 processing fee to the DB regional rnv authority after being controlled on a local tram in Mannheim yesterday. She was not able to use this App to show the Controller the ticket she had purchased for January!
