The classes are the best thing there. It would be even better if they had the sauna working an all the equipment was working part from that it's still a good gym

It's really great to have, so you know what classes are available. Information to hand and lovely place with friendy staff
★★★★★Yvonne Bayo· Aug 4, 2025
Very easy to navigate and clear display.

Find times over holidays only displayed at venue. Very Good staffing. Very expensive Squash, tennis, badminton. Mens shower floor has puddles 20 years in Adderley. Not enough mens Showers at Central. Grateful for easy access, clean, indoor, and events.

Have to keep logging in to book classes and see bookings. Search keeps logging off if a class is not what you want. Search us cumbersome and keeps failing. Better to use the website!

Keeps logging me out. Have to log in on every use, several times throughout the day.

First time user, unnecessarily difficult to use and get set up after which I cannot for the life of me figure out your booking system Just let me go swimming when I want to go swimming, you'll know when I want to go swimming because I'll be at your establishment Why make this so difficult really?

Used to be good, now it logs me out every single time I try and use it! Multiple times per day... Ended up using the website as it's easier.

Wanted to go for a single day gym session, and they told me the price is £7.5 for a single session. The fact that this is extremely expensive on the side, I was ready to pay for it to try it out. Suddenly I get told I need to set up an account and a membership, and give my personal details just so I can get one time access? No, thank you. If you want to draw more people in, maybe don't make them submit all their personal details, address and so on just so they can go to the gym for 40 minutes!
