Tried to hail a cab with this, and the cab wasn't there, even tho it said it was on location. You're probably better off just calling.

Waste of time These apps are pointless. Don't bother trying to get a cab if you dont plan on paying with cash. If you select the credit card payment option, you will never get a cab. Stick with Uber or Lyft.
