**Updated Review : Newly updated application now has the function to subscribe to a monthly data plan which is finally available inside the app! No more through ussd *150#, yay! Navigating through the application is like a maze. Wanting to subscribe to a monthly/daily plan isn't available through the app (you have to use their ussd *150# instead). Please add this *core* function inside the main app for ease of use especially for One-X prepaid users like me.

Xox is a scam business, they put affords on marketing to sell numbers and esim but activations is not supported in their apps. Lol. Centers also shrink and not update any latest available centers in the app. Call center is not much helpful except asking user to keep retrying next day activate using the same stupid xox app.

Useless app. Keep on asking to log in again and again.such a wasted. I don't even remember my email and why hell is that keep asking for log in credentials. Stupid app!!
