Line is connected with sgp-m1|xox when is SG raominh, advertisement sms can be received but not OTP especially when login to the XOX apps, this is extremely frustrated.

Very poor app experience, especially when I urgently need to reload. I cannot complete a reload because the app restarts while I am waiting for the TAC. When the app restarts, the reload process is cancelled, and I have to start everything again. This is extremely frustrating, especially when I urgently need to reload my XOX line. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident — I face this problem quite frequently.

Try to activate new sim many times, processing is "unlimited". Retry also "unlimited". Already 3 days try with "unlimited" activation but still show processing "unlimited". Day 3, I decide to throw away this rubbish sim card!!!
