I know you use two-factor authentication system for every transaction. While Transaction made needed a code it is good for security but in real life experience is worst or, not good because code delay or user received code delay.because your system can't handle or, don't work in effective and efficient way. Your system allow to receive code in Gmail, but it feels boring check code and insert it. So, disable this feature while made transaction needed a code.

Worst mobile banking app of Nepal. It's urgent to update it, so customers can use it. But there is a shortcut to use it. Registere your email ID for OTP where OTP comes faster than mobile so enter manually it and do your work. I am using this trick to do fast transactions.
