Pathetic app. Waste of money I booked an appointment with a psychologist for 45 minutes. But I got a chat only for 20 minutes, then they said network issue and all and my session ended without any conclusion. I booked another appointment with the same psychologist the next day, but on the app it showed no appointment and the link that they sent to join the session also showed invalid. My money got deducted and no session was conducted. Worst app ever, worst customer support. Don't insta

Found and so-called expert using an AI model to generate the response, apparently she used to feed my responses to the model and sent me whatever response it gave, please don't ask me how did I found out, if you have ever used one before you'd know how consistent and sophisticated they are with the language and the tone of conversation, this is also the breach of confidentiality considering she used to feed it to a third party, which uses human responses to train the model further
