In the latest update, the application is not opening while a new order is hitting us. The notification and its tone are notifying continuously until the order has to be taken. So, we need to call the customer care to accept it and send the order sometime. Have been given the feedback for the past 10 days. Did troubleshooting etc. still I'm seeing this issue. Could anyone address this issue ASAP?

Worst service. Useless manager. He never picks our call. He came and asked for menu to upload. After sending it he didn't attend the call in Navel
