I would like to describe my utmost disappointment in your service, the delivery was too late, I was stuck in the house for a whole day waiting for it as your communication system is flawed, the packaging was disastrous the meat was swimming in bloody water as the ice melted which shows there is a problem in the refrigeration system while delivering the product, the cutting of the meat was not professional to say the least! Some parts that we specifically ordered were missing! Any, Eid Mubarak!
