Comments on Zego Resident for Android

★★★★★ Zego is a great app for making my lease payments for my apartment. It's nice to be able to see all the payments I've made to my apartments on the app as well to track my payments. It makes it very convenient.

★★★★★ Simple. Doesn't take a long time to pay rent. I didn't like the fees attached to my payment...but they have to make$$as well I suppose... overall, I don't mind using this app.

★★★★★ Very convenient for paying rent since there's never anyone in the leasing office! The $7.99 service fee kinda bites, but IDK if it's the same for every property

★★★★★ This app has made it easy for me to pay my rent whenever I need to, and each transaction cost is well worth the convenience!

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work half the time. Always logs me out and then password doesn't work and I have to reset.

★★☆☆☆ **you need to add a current balance. Or owed balance in home screen of app or something. I have to call in I want to check to see if i ow something

★★☆☆☆ Rarely connects to the server, rarely connects to Google Login, rarely pulls up my rent info when I do log in. I wouldn't use it at all if my apartment didn't require it. Also applies to the desktop website with multiple browser. 2 stars because it worked twice in the last 3 months.

★★☆☆☆ Every month my fees are getting higher and higher. My bank says it's them, and they say it's my bank. I have not had a consistent fee no matter how I charge, I will try this last time, but this is it. It's shameful for a disabled person to have to choose between paying the bill, only to have to worry about having enough for the fee or getting your medicine.
