★★★★★ It's good... I guess. I just think that there are too many apps out there all trying to do the same thing... I have like a billion of these kinds of apps on my phone...

★★☆☆☆ Stuck in a loop of trying to add my account. Every time I click + to add, I am taken back to the Google play website where I am informed that Zen key is already installed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times now and cannot get my account linked. The app quits responding constantly and waiting does nothing. I have biometric authentication, so I am uninstalling this and will just use the bio auth. Zen key does not work, it is useless.

★★☆☆☆ Does not work, it's either the app or Verizon's page, but I cannot log into my account even with doing the Zen key verification.

★★☆☆☆ Verizon and Zen key no longer have a relationship. Renders app useless for me.
