ZetsGeo: Rent, Agreements & PG

ZetsGeo is a workspace for renting and selling property directly between owners and tenants in India. It is free for tenants. Find a flat, house or PG on rent with no brokerage, then run the whole tenancy in one place: the rental agreement, rent, deposit, receipts, check-in and check-out.

One account, four roles. Switch any time.
• Lessor: list and manage rental property, tenants and money
• Tenant: find a home, apply, pay rent and keep your papers
• Associate: work on properties owners share with you, on agreed commission
• Seller: list property for sale and handle offers

WHAT IT COSTS
Finding a home, listings, owner and tenant contacts, agreements, check-in desks, Associates, AI documents and the network cost nothing, and there is no subscription. Owners pay a 5% commission, plus GST on that commission, only on rent collected through the app. Aadhaar verification, Aadhaar e-sign and e-stamp duty carry a charge because those providers charge for them.

Made for owners, tenants, PG operators and property professionals across India, from Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai to Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Ahmedabad and Kochi.
