I am trying to sign up for the registration of Zu app and after writing all the details. When I press the submit button I see a message that something went wrong. I tried multiple times but still the same. Kindly help me to fix it.

The app is very helpful. It helps me in the bus I need to take if I want to go somewhere I haven't been to before through trip planner. It tells about the bus arrival timings helping me in managing my time. If tells me the best and fastest route I need to take. I can easily recharge my account anywhere through easypaisa and there's no fear of losing my card as I have my phone and whenever I install my zu app the amount is already there. There's a lot more to it too !

The overall app experience is great, but there must be an option to change mobile phone number, suppose if anyone lost or change his or her phone number than he/she can't be able to feed the OTP recived to their old mobile phone number, resultantly they can't log in to their account. This login strategy must be changed to CNIC, being the cell number as optional as Paid, Dastak and other Government Apps.

I really appreciate the Imran Khan government’s initiative of introducing the ZU Peshawar app. It works very well, especially the accurate bus arrival timings. Sir ye app itna slow q he card recharge karne me 5-minute lag jaati he kindly app is app ko update kare ya Rhoda fast kare q k boat Sy logo ko is app mien mushkilat ka samna Hien Na card recharge Hoti Hien na kabhi kabar zu app login bhi nahi hota to is app mien problem zyada bani Hie nap Sy request Hien is app ko update kar de k fast aur thek ho jaye thank you

I have been trying to recharge my Zu Card through the app, but it's not working. I have been trying for three weeks. There isn't even a proper mechanism to make a complaint, track it and receive a response. Pathetic experience 😔
