The overall app experience is great, but there must be an option to change mobile phone number, suppose if anyone lost or change his or her phone number than he/she can't be able to feed the OTP recived to their old mobile phone number, resultantly they can't log in to their account. This login strategy must be changed to CNIC, being the cell number as optional as Paid, Dastak and other Government Apps.

The app is very helpful. It helps me in the bus I need to take if I want to go somewhere I haven't been to before through trip planner. It tells about the bus arrival timings helping me in managing my time. If tells me the best and fastest route I need to take. I can easily recharge my account anywhere through easypaisa and there's no fear of losing my card as I have my phone and whenever I install my zu app the amount is already there. There's a lot more to it too !

Doesn't work after the new update. You need to click on an option multiple times, NFC not working, too much lag and stops responding altogether after a few minutes. It's a disaster of an app

The worst app ever seen, I have rarely used such a useless application. The developer probably never paid attention to its bugs after creating it, or maybe he doesn't even know that the bugs exist.

The app is not working, it does not open the Zu wallet for recharge or other activities. I keep money for traveling in the app, but now the app doesn't open the wallet option to use my money and there is no way to refund the money. As a software developer I can say: The app is useless don't waste your money and time through this app
