One more way of delaying things. Zurich staff does not even check if customer has submitted verification. They simply claim they have not received after a week and when screenshot is sent they then process it with timeline of 10 working days approx. The service failures are not at all accounted for and end of the day the customers suffer. This is not the first time with me

I recently change my phone. As such I install the app in the new device and uninstall it from my old device. However, the verification link sent by Zurich can't be opened by my new device but only able to work with my old device. Look like there is some sort of binding with device first installed with the app. Not sure how to make the link sent by Zurich with my device.

Downloaded the app but cannot create a new submission... it says "Oops" "Something went wrong" "Please contact an administrator"
