I enrolled several months ago and still can't log onto the app...when I enter my email and member ID it says it doesn't exist. The dashboard on the members' website, which I am able to log onto, is USELESS...no access to any plan descriptions, directories, or anything else!... I'm really beginning to think this is bordering on being a fraudulent service. I see you frequently respond to 3 years worth of similar reviews with apologies, but when will you hire somebody to actually FIX IT?!!!

Not up to date. Care 500 not accepted by all dentists listed in Amarillo tx. Need to get the word out to dentists you have listed. Very dissatisfied with 500 series Carrington. App says dentist accepts Care 500. Only found one in Amarillo Texas that being Aspen Dental and won't go back to them.

Wasted my money. No participating dentist within 100 miles and the one at 112 miles one-way won't have appointments until August. Very disappointed at this time. The only dentist appointment at 130 miles can help me July 15 at full price cash in hand. Wasted my money. Big time.
