This is a great app and does exactly what I want it to do. I got pushed out of strong lifts after buying a lifetime membership, I was put on the other side of a paywall. I tried a lot of other ones in this one is just perfect.

Great app, easy to change exercises, so it doesn't need to be the original strong lifts 5x5 workout. I had a small bug, reported it, and they fixed it within a couple of days. Awesome work.

This is what Strong Lifts 5x5 used to be! Thanks to the developers I have my favorite workout plan back in its app form. Simple to use, and you can create your own custom workout routine along with mods you want to make to the pre-automated workouts. I have been using Strong Lifts 5x5 since 2018, I paid for a lifetime access then that was taken away & the app became a subscription based service, I paid for 2 years. Now they are asking for more money. I had enough and deleted it. Then I found this!

At first the app worked great, so I purchased it. However, as of about 4 workouts ago, it started bugging out and now no longer records / tracks my main sets. Editing past workouts does nothing; when I look at my logged workouts it shows 0 completed sets and indicates that I lifted 0lbs total for all 5 main sets for all exercises, so the app has me stuck at the same weights and is now even reloading me to 3x5 and 1x5 workouts. Edit: I received no email from the dev, despite their reply below.

Looking for alternative apps to strong lifts. This one seems decent. But the inability to export my own data in the free version is ridiculous. It's my data. I created it. I understand that maintaining an app 'incurs costs' but this is not a feature that should be paywalled blocked. This shows a lack of respect for user data rights.

This has a chance to be a great app but once the trial was over they made it, so you can't change the weight of your workout. What's the point for tracking a workout if you can't manipulate the weights?
