This app is difficult to navigate. It's confusing and not intuitive. The back arrow does not work on some pages. My dad uses the A+ telephone banking and his PIN wasn't working. He called the credit union to get his PIN changed. He was told to use the app to change it. I tried to do this for him. The app stated that I needed to call credit union. This is crazy! Trying to use this app is infuriating. I'm going to go online to see how that works.

Whenever I scroll down the toolbar on the app extends for some reason, and it only gets worst when making a transfer

App doesn't work correctly on my phone (S25 Ultra). When you scroll the footer scrolls up and covers everything. Very poor gui interface. Please fix, or I might have to go bank somewhere else cause this is annoying 😑
