I just spent $1000 for a fancy A.O. Smith Signature 500 electric water heater to find out the app that controls it is trash. Please help me fix this so that I can change my review... I don't want to hate this unit because of this app.

Says my water heater is already registered on my account dashboard. It's not on my dashboard. Try to contact customer support, and it's an international call that will charge you. Very disappointing when this shouldn't be that hard.
