★★★★★ Remember this requires the Avigilon gateway software Love the new update, alarms help but would be nice to have an audible alarm.

★★★★★ Works No surprise here. Avigilon has a great reputation for reliability. PTZ controls are nicely set up. If I could make one suggestion to the good folks who designed it, that would be to allow the user to adjust the pan and tilt speed, just like what can be done when running the VMS Client on a pc.

★★☆☆☆ Does Not Work - DO NOT UPGRADE!!! The new app does not connect, do not upgrade. Luckily my iPad has the old app and it still works fine. No support here!

★★☆☆☆ Don't use this update. Keep the old one It struggles to connect to my clients that still have Acc4. I have changed the port in the app back to the original and sometimes it connects. Doesn't connect when I need it. Avigilon support did return my email straight away, but it is still no good on a s4. Please help.

★★☆☆☆ Only works 1/4 of the time. Often I just look at a screen telling me my cameras are not present. Frustrating!
