The PC software sucks The PC software sucks. In fact, it's so bad as to make the $80 usb unit almost useless. Macros don't work, and the author refuses to allow the program to run BAT files, stubbornly refusing the program to actually be versatile. My bat files work 100% of the time. The macros in Active Home Vista? Yeah. I've seen them work. I've learned I cannot make my life depend on them. I'll be uninstalling this and moving to Girder6 with my next computer. Look into it. They actually support requests their users make.

Don't waste your time Very poor. Zero support. Requires LAN IP address without even considering the fact that most ISPs use a dynamic address, but their software is really dependent on a static address. More and more of this kind of design.

Useless, This app does not have any instructions on how to get it running. It is not a program for the average person, and you can see the few people who actually got it to work had a hard time getting it running. After My first review of this app I received an email from "the developer" asking why I was screaming, and telling me my review was not helpful. 1st, there were no caps in my review (no screaming) and 2nd, his reply could have been helpful but wasn't, and my review has since been deleted.
