ADS - WMS

ADS Mobile is the official field operations app for Advanced Data Services personnel — built to connect technicians, drivers, and warehouse staff with the central operations platform in real time.

Advanced Data Services specializes in technology installation, maintenance, technology renewal, and IT requirements fulfillment. ADS Mobile supports these operations by putting the full service workflow in the hands of field teams.

FIELD ENGINEERS (IDC)
Receive technology installation, maintenance, and renewal service orders directly on your device. Submit your ETA, get it approved by the operations center, and execute the full service workflow from the field. Capture photo and document evidence, register equipment details, and submit service reports — all without returning to the office.

DRIVERS
Stay connected to your assigned deliveries and equipment pickups. Receive instant order notifications, submit your ETA, and manage your full collection and delivery workflow with real-time coordination from the operations center.

WAREHOUSE STAFF
Manage warehouse orders, equipment intake, inventory reclassification, transfer requests between locations, technical support cases, and warranty handling — all from a single mobile interface.

KEY FEATURES
- Real-time GPS tracking for field team coordination
- Instant push notifications for order assignment
- Photo and document capture for on-site evidence
- Role-based access: field engineer, driver, and warehouse
- Full integration with the ADS web operations platform

ADS Mobile requires an active Advanced Data Services account and is intended exclusively for authorized ADS personnel. Access and role assignment is managed by your company administrator.

Recent changes:
