I had all the issues raised in many of the reviews. Very long story short, the primary problem is the antenna on the module is too weak. After speaking to Electoral UK, I bought a £4 more powerful antenna on Ebay and the app now syncs with all rads in my home.

Downloaded the app but could not get any further with the installation. I get an error on each radiator which is uninformative. My mobile tries to connect but never succeeds.

Unfortunately I have not been able to connect using this app via the Internet gateway module. Whilst I'm not a software engineer I am tech savy and have spent a number of hours trying to resolve this, including checking that the LAN and Wi-Fi network parameters are consistent. This is very disappointing as the only reason I spent thousands of pounds replacing all the radiators is so that I can control them remotely.

App isn't working properly on Android 15, Pixel 8 Pro, keeps crashing when trying to set time for program. Therefore, I cannot set any program in app. Making the app half useless. Please fix ASAP as winter is not coming, it's already here. 😁 Setting the temperature in app works fine. Edit Same for the smart heat app

According to the website I can control the radiators via Alexa. It says to press the spanner in the top left and link account to Alexa using the heat Control skill. I cannot find anywhere on the app to link to Alexa. heat Control skill has been activated
