I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Alarmed. Their security system is consistently malfunctioning, leaving me feeling vulnerable and insecure in my own home. Despite numerous visits from their technicians every two months, the issues never seem to be resolved. The unreliability of their system, especially with the App and cameras frequently down, makes it impossible to trust Alarmed for any level of security. I strongly advise against choosing Alarmed, you have been warned!

App never works properly. When you call customer service they never answer your question. Cameras stop working from time to time. Paying all this money on a contract, and it doesn't work. Go to look back a week ago and there seems to be no records of events.
