The staff are friendly and our installation went quicker than I thought, which was awesome. Happy with the products and overall services the company provides. Would recommend them for sure.

Excellent service by Derek the technician. He was easily accessible by phone when I needed help. Planning to install another system in my 2nd house. So far cameras have worked uninterrupted & very clear. I paid for the cameras upfront which is cost-effective. Thank you.
★★★★★ James Campbell · May 9, 2025
Bob the technician, was fantastic! Great service, great products.
★☆☆☆☆ Jess Peterson · Aug 13, 2024
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Alarmed. Their security system is consistently malfunctioning, leaving me feeling vulnerable and insecure in my own home. Despite numerous visits from their technicians every two months, the issues never seem to be resolved. The unreliability of their system, especially with the App and cameras frequently down, makes it impossible to trust Alarmed for any level of security. I strongly advise against choosing Alarmed, you have been warned!
★☆☆☆☆ Samantha Smith · Oct 28, 2022
App never works properly. When you call customer service they never answer your question. Cameras stop working from time to time. Paying all this money on a contract, and it doesn't work. Go to look back a week ago and there seems to be no records of events.
★☆☆☆☆ Crystal Roberts · Aug 9, 2023
90% of the time this app doesn't work, its slow, it lags, when I use it to disarm my system and walk in the house the alarm goes off, the app has told me that there is an intrusion when no one was in my house
