First time using wash and dry through an app. Very easy to navigate everying, although I still like finding rare quarters using the quarter machine. Solid app.

Overall, it's a great app. Doing everything over my phone is faster. The timers in the app are great, and the notification whenever your laundry is complete is also a nice feature. Would be 5 star, but when starting multiple machines, I get a wait a few seconds message after starting one and trying to start the next one. A few seconds end up being indefinitely unless I exit and restart the app. The timer is also sometimes off. Said completed but still had 7 minutes left when I checked.

This app is a crime against humanity. I just want to do my laundry. I can't even do the first step to create an account. I start typing my name and it just closes. My partner at least got as far as loading money into it, but it won't sense our washers and dryers, so there goes 20 dollars. This app somehow made laundry worse than it already is.

App won't accept login. App crashes constantly. Cleared cache and still nothing.

This app rarely works the first time you open it. Most of the time I have to close out the app about 5 times before it will connect and start the laundry machines.
