Very easy to schedule. Instant pay and taxes taken out which is not the norm for staffing nursing agencies. Onboarding is easy as long as you have your licensing and health requirements up to date.

DO NOT SING UP WITH THIS APP!!!! This APP changes the rate AFTER you have accepted an assignment and pay you LESS than what you accepted, then blame it on a glitch on the app. I work a double on Christmas Eve/ overnight and Christmas morning. The overnight shift WAS posted FOR 55, and the morning was 60.53. I provided a screenshot of these rates, but they are claiming that the glitch changed the rate AFTER it was accepted. THIS IS A LIE! This is unethical, and it should be illegal.

The facilities are not offering enough pay on most shifts unless holidays as well as not much communication with staff from all shift when you're trying to pick up

There is basically nothing here other than an app. Posted shifts and picked shifts are never confirmed. I have been waiting for a confirmation of even a single shift, but have not yet been confirmed. What is the problem. We need shifts that you just pick by just a click and is all yours like that of clipboard. On the positive side, it is more organized and the pay is better. Once confirmed shifts, I will make it my one-stop shift finder
