Works for me! Sorry to see that the Amazon Cloud Cams are not made any more. I like our little cams--way better than our Ring doorbell cam. Much better picture than Ring, too. Plus, they have two way audio.

App has had major issues for several months. Unable to view videos or watch live stream unless the stars align.. Wondering if they will be fixed at this point. Makes the cameras and paid service useless. Very embarrassing for a tech company like amazon.

Live view stopped working completely. Why am I paying for the premium features again if the basic features don't work?! The app used to work great until 2019 and then the ability to view any videos (live or recorded) on your mobile device completely stopped. Even on a web browser things take forever to load and it's super hard to actually view any saved videos or live videos.

Live view stopped working with latest Samsung S22 phone upgrade. Other live camera apps work just fine. Expect more support for flagship phones like Samsung.
