I have ordered QR Code several times, but not delivered for a single time, my address and mobile number is correctly mentioned in the app. I also complained several times to Amazon pay business customer care regarding the QR Code not delivered issue, they also placed new order for QR Code but ultimately the QR Code is still not delivered.

Perfect app for small merchants. Voice notifications are really very prompt. But it would be better if the complete name of the customer and the name of the app through which he made payment are displayed. If there is an option to add staff and let them view the transaction details - it would become really a game changer. Full screen/Lock Screen notifications and acceptance of payments from Repay Credit Cards are to be brought in the next update.

World's worst service of this app. The customer service of this app can't solve your problem, but they can make another problem to you, they don't know what to do or don't for them, I lost my 382 rupees and my Amazon Pay account. They told me close account and they told me that after the account closed I can recover my previous account. And after account close they told me that your account is closed now, we can't do anything now 😭
