Just install the app,put in your info,search city you want go into filters and select income restricted and seniors and it will show you all the apartments within your price range whether your single or married with family it is great I highly recommend it.God bless you all at Apartment Finders.

★★☆☆☆ I know apartments are for rent in areas and I'm looking at and they show me maybe one most of them re zero I would have gave them zero Stars if I could sucks!!!!!!

★★☆☆☆ This app looks great and works great but any time I click an apartment on the map it clears my filters which is extremely annoying. This app needs an update

★★☆☆☆ This shows houses as well as Apartments, and then doesn't even show all of the apartment complexes in the area then when you try to filter your criteria it says that there are no Apartments that match that search when I found about 10 different ones without the filter
