Second summer using my heat pump with Wi-Fi and therefore this app. Not had any connection issues ever, can turn my heater on from another country if needed, flawlessly. Had to reconnect after winter shut down. Recently updated it to show inlet and outlet temp on the main page. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is to add a few easier accessible features like ambient air temp main display, in app access to the heat/time data the unit collects, more timers not just 1 per 24hr period.

Can't connect with my heat pump and there are so many bugs in installation that I have given up on the app. Shame since wanted to control my pool with my phone.

Absolutely garbage app. Couldn't connect the pool heater to Wi-Fi despite being about 20ft away. Constantly said connected but off-line, then the app would hang. Frustrating, buggy, makes me want to return the heater I spent thousands on.
