It'd be useful to have a manual that describes all the ins & outs of the functionality. I.e. I don't know if increasing the room temperature during a low temp scheduled period will end when the schedule gets to It's next time slot. Or does the schedule remain overridden?

The user interface is better than previous version. The new version was working fine but since about a week ago my app has stopped communicating with the thermostat. The phone will not connect with the AP Wi-Fi network, so I cannot configure to connect to the home Wi-Fi network which means the thermostat can communicate the app on my phone. Therefore, I have no functionality from the app. ATAG now tell me this issue was platform wide. I now have full functionality back.

Great app from Atag, can see all diagnostic information and change normal settings and schedules. These boilers are fantastic! Not app related, but the weather and thermo compensation is very good, although a bit complex to set up on the boiler installer menu.

Works like a charm form the first installation. No issues at all. The app has sufficient functionality to control heating/ hot water via scheduling and or manual overrides. User interface very clear and easy to navigate. Warnings for errors and system failure are on the ATAG one, the app and the heating device. Energy measuring and reporting could be more elaborate and detailed. Overall a very good combination of devices for energy management 👍👍

Absolute garbage. I can not connect my thermostat. It fails to find any Wi-Fi spot. And speaking of thermostat. I do not want my thermostat to be connected to internet. The only reason I doing this, is because somebody in ATAG decided that their new thermostat should not have she dual functionality included, without internet. What the hell is this? My previous thermostat made in 90-s have perfect schedule functionality, and this "fency" one does not.

This app and also smart thermostat are terrible. But anyway, I paid for it, and I have to use it. After seeking for the solution about 1 month, finally I solve it and connect to the boiler/thermostat. Here is my way to connect app to system (Galaxy Note 8 (app), Atag One thermostat (TS)) 1. Open Network Config in TS 2. Activate Airplane mode in the phone and then open Wi-Fi connection 3. Find TS network name (other than your network name) and connect it. (gives error) 4. Open app follow instructions. Find your network name and enter password. 5. App asks to register (serial number, etc.) 6. Wait for configuration 7. It is ready to use. Please do not forger, it is valid my for case. It might not work on your thermostat.

We had our new heating installed today. We tried several times, with different phones, but the thermostat will not link to the app. It is connected to our Wi-Fi, but linking it to our account on the app doesn't work. Not even when we try using the serial number. Very unfortunate when one needs the app to program the heating.
