I've been using various IOT devices like an air purifier, switches, lights, google homes, etc., and this app fits right in. Works well, connects seamlessly, I've been able to switch it on and off remotely. It gives me a sound alert on my phone when the water is hot. So all good stuff and im very happy with the Wi-Fi aspect of this geyser. Good job Ra cold. If I could control this device with Google Home I would give it 6 stars! A stable Wi-Fi and good router range is imp for this app to work peoper.

This application is full of bugs, thus making smart geyser, completely not smart at all. The auto scheduling mode is completely useless, suppose you want hot water once morning, but this product will retain to make specific temperature throughout the day. It does not switch off.

The worst app in the entire planet bought the recold geaser purely because of smart feature around 1 year back and tried to connect with 6 different mobiles and even technician came to my home to connect to Wi-Fi but unable to connect till date. Really wasted my money and pathetic customer care service plz never ever buy Reynold geaser don't waste your hard-earned money since all my home appliances are smart ones and everything is connected to my Wi-Fi and working fine excluding this Reynold geaser.

Not working, unable to connect Reynold geyser Wi-Fi geyser, but it's unable to register it. Update: I had tried to connect with provided email ID but still didn't get any resolution. The support is as bad as this app.
