Edit: the new year backend errors were fixed the following day. I have updated my rating. The app is overall intuitive and nice to use, has enough features to enhance the product usage. The UI sometimes glitches a bit while doing manual temperature adjustments. In terms of improvements, for water heaters it would be nice to be able to schedule more than two heating points per day.

It's getting better. Now one can view daily-hourly consumption, which is an improvement. However, I would like also to be able to select the hours the heater works and so independently of the mode selected: e.i. cheaper off-peak hours, or to be able to select when the heater shouldn't work, e.i. peak hours costing 2.5 X off-peak rate, in my case). I like that I can switch on the heater remotely, e.g. when returning home after long absence. (my heater is a Lidos Hybrid)

Good app, but Cooling operating mode without hot water is necessary. This feature exists for Heating, why not for cooling??

I have the same issue as other users, app is not working at all. If the water heater is not connected I am able to log in, however after registering water heater it shows error while trying to log in.

I've been trying for more than 4 months to solve with the After sales support here in Belgium. The bug is a problem: button NEXT (after have filled in the password of the Wi-Fi to use)doesn't have any reaction. Stucked in that program, I have no possibility anymore to control a heating program of the water heater, it's consuming energy the whole time now. The Ariston product was even more expensive, take care, don't buy Ariston or you have to expect bugs, no functional after sales service. Avoid!

Not able to connect with Wi-Fi because the website registration bug. Also 1 month after warantee over the water heater broke and because of 1 month forgotten service the warantee is void. Disappointing in the product and services
