Good app, but Cooling operating mode without hot water is necessary. This feature exists for Heating, why not for cooling??

It's getting better. Now one can view daily-hourly consumption, which is an improvement. However, I would like also to be able to select the hours the heater works and so independently of the mode selected: e.i. cheaper off-peak hours, or to be able to select when the heater shouldn't work, e.i. peak hours costing 2.5 X off-peak rate, in my case). I like that I can switch on the heater remotely, e.g. when returning home after long absence. (my heater is a Lidos Hybrid)

The App is ok but if you change the temperature or mode. It takes multiple times of closing and reopening, resetting and closing again before it keeps the setting. The schedule function could be better, so you could select the mode it uses at certain times If that is already a function, then the poor UI on the schedule tab makes it unclear how to set it.

Very bad opening the app takes 20–30 seconds, after that it is very difficult to set anything, if you have an error it keeps the error in the app even of the appliance was fixed by the installer.

Garbage, will not work, page tells me to wait few seconds and refresh same page appears so I do it again with no success, have tried to uninstall and re-install just end up on refresh page, send me a link to a fix, it's a shame if it worked it be very handy, I have to go into the hall and manualy turn heating on and off from thermostat, won't buy ariston again product bought for app usage !

To Ariston response : your response makes no sense. That link has nothing new with regards to what I am reviewing here You need to add support to change between different heating mode based on schedule. Right now you only have a way to change between two different temperatures based on a schedule. The schedule can't change the heating mode. You need to add that support. Other heat pump water heater apps have the said support.
