In short. Very good clear graphics, easy to use & program Advise you to go through the demo mode before connecting to your boiler. Only a few minuses 1. When setting up the connection for the app to the boiler the app asks for a gateway No - this number is NOT on the front of the boiler but inside 2. If you get a fault in the system eg "no flame" the app locks up. 3. In the demo mode you can program "scenarios" & both heating & hot water - with our new boiler you can only program heating.

The app is useful, but somewhat half done. The "feature" that I can only view this and the prior time period to compare power consumption is really. But hey, blame it on DSG VO. The differing features via the web (which seems to be a prototype at best) and this app is also very confusing. It seems to me the app was done to get a green checkmark for "app available". Update 13.4.2022: The web version (browser) is now useful. It works, shows power consumption and looks alright. 4 instead of 3 stars.

Useless. Followed all the steps in the elco manual, but I kept getting an unknown error when trying to register the product, even thought it has Wi-Fi connection. And there was no option to find a device already on the network. Had to register the product, which doesn't work. Also, stop logging me out when I just want to go abort the product registration step.

I can't even start the app. Because I cannot create an account no matter what I try. I always get the message: Field Username (email) is invalid. What's the problem???

Registration in progress.... registration failed Why do I need to register and give my name and address, when all I want to do is control my heater?!
