Easy to install and use. When select the name if Wi-Fi(in steps 1-4) just press on the name of network to finish the installation otherwise you will have to start again.

I have been using the app with an Ariston Deos 16S Net dehumidifier for a few weeks now. The basic functionality all works okay and reliably with no connection issues. The only function that I have been unable to make work is the firmware function. An update is indicated as available but fails with no apparent progress of the update. I can find no specific instructions on putting the dehumidifier in a special mode or other instructions for this feature of the app. Hence, 4 stars.

Edit: Problem still persist even after trying what the developer said. It's rarer, but it still persists The app UI is better than before the last update, but at least the AC unit responded to commands. The communication between the app and the unit are worse, it takes like 10–60 seconds to execute (Turn on, change temp, etc.), and that's if you're lucky. Sometimes it's not even executed. I don't know if it's server side or client side, but the commands are being delayed a lot

It's by far the worst app I've ever seen in my life. Every time you want to use it you need to find the AC with the app. Every time. And to do so it's a nightmare. You need to set the machine in app mode. It's in app mode, but the app doesn't see it. Plug, unplug search again. Repeat. It takes 10-15 minutes to be able to use this bloody app every time you need it. It's totally useless. Worst app I have ever got in my life. Ariston you suck big time with this app. It deserves 0 star but I can't do it

Not so intuitive, it lacks basic features that the A/C has (timer). Doesn't integrate with Google Home/Alexa (in 2025...)

Sometimes it's not possible to log on, every time you have to enter user ID and password. My android phone wants to fill in this information automatically, but the password appears also in the email address box. After logging in you still need to select the device (I only have one) which does not make sense. For my air conditioner, not all functions are available.
