This has to be one of the worst banking apps out there. It crashes constantly. Even the online banking crashes. The ither day I was not able to access my account at all as everything kept crashing, on multiple devices. It will sometimes work other times you try login, and it will not lpad up your accounts. Or it will say "there was an error" and close the app. It's almost to the point I need to switch banks because I can't access my funds

App goes offline every single morning (and needs to update) without fail, "currently unavailable, please try again later". Ummmm NO, I need to access it NOW, that's why I'm using it NOW. Absolutely useless. Edit on: 6/7/24 - still extremely frustrating app. Is questionable whether it opens or not. Just did a supermarket shop and need to transfer funds. Constantly throws up errors. "An error occurred while accessing the application. Contact the bank administrator". Time to change banks I think.

Challenging to log into due to time-outs and hangs. Instance based pop-ups you can't disable. Poor password protection. Limited customizability. Really not a quality app., nor website. Frustrating to the point of wanting to switch banks to get away from it all to be honest. Despite their efforts and customer feedback, AMB has been lagging behind web based banking for years and can't seem to keep up, let alone get in front.
