★★★★★ I downloaded it, logged in and bam, works like a charm!

★★☆☆☆ App does virtually nothing. You can only search for an urgent care facility and get ID card info. Can't search for doctors using the app.

★★☆☆☆ This app totally sucks! It does not work properly! I can't even register! Don't even try people!

★★☆☆☆ This app doesn't work properly on Android N (7.0 or 7.1). It constantly freezes and shuts down. I recently updated to Android P developer preview and it doesn't work at all now. BCBS need to get someone who actually knows how to program.
