I appreciate that this is the ap department. But maybe you can pass this on. Bring back the volume button!!!!! And add a mute function to the aid!!!! I work and simply can not be messing with my phone every time I want to use a machine. Maybe you the app department can add an option where I can set the sound on my phone rather than going to my doctor to put settings on my aid. I'm a highly educated adult and can manage setting my own aid to suit what I need. But other than that app works well😊

Seems to work better with Apple phones than Android. It has more difficulty connecting with my MotoG7 than my old Apple iPhone8. I've found that if I turn off my processor, then start the pairing, then quickly turn the processor back on, I have more success. The Bluetooth signal seems to drop more frequently on the Android, don't know if it's the phone or the processor. Works more seamlessly with the Apple. Bummer. I can't afford an Apple.

I recently got a Samsung Galaxy S10 and tried app. Initially same experience as with older LG phone. Unable to pair and told BAHA needed upgrading. In frustration, I contacted Cochlear and got email back letting me know I had to log into Cochlear site to pair. Did that and now working fine. I'd give 5 stars for app able to control volume. Downgraded for poor communication about logging in to Cochlear.

Only gave one star because system will not allow zero stars. The app ould not pair with my Android phone. Tried several times, and would locate and recognize my Baha device, then say it couldn't pair. Deleting app ...

Warning, it will not work with Samsung S21 Ultra or any recent new phone's. It will only work on baha 6's smart app. Although I didn't see S21 Ultra on the comparability for Baha 6 on the website so far. Maybe want to update that if it actually works with the ultra. Thanks.
