No food reviewing/rating system in place. Keep ordering from this app and getting very poor quality food and wasting money.

The app itself has resulted in many terrible evenings trying to order in, certain restaurants are unfamiliar with how to correctly use the app. I've had disastrous experiences with outfits such as Big Bears Pizza Shack of Galore where they delivered the food at the wrong time when no one was home, and I was met with abuse from the staff and owner. They then shift blame between each other. I'd suggest sticking to reputable apps and establishments if you wish to save yourself a lot of hassle.

First time using this app and it didn perform. Placed order at 6.13pm advised order had been accepted and would e delivered at 7.08pm. Then less than 10 mins later I get an update that it now won't be delivered until 7.50pm. Contacted the shop, and they advised that the app does this all the time and that it was always going to be 7.50pm. Had to go and collect my order or wait over an hour and a half for it to be delivered. No option to cancel order if the delivery time is extended. Really poor
