Not sure why this app has such low rating. The app works very well. The service is great. I used it during winter when my car was being serviced and this was a great option. Highly recommended!

I leave every morning same time for work. I usually receive the same drivers, and they are always on time and very nice to chat with. It helps me get to a bus stop that is a little distance to walk to. Really appreciate the app

A great app for getting from here to there. The hours of operation need improving so that people on afternoon and midnight shifts can benefit, not just those with 9–5 jobs. Looking forward to more routes adopted/available to help commuters get around easier in the future. I do wish the app allowed the user to set pickup/drop off sites. IE: where the person is going, then whatever options for where they'd like to be dropped off/picked up. Still, very grateful this program exists.

The app itself is barely useful, I could be staring at a TOD bus idling at park place, and it will still tell me it's a 15-30 min wait. Beyond that the transition to uber-but-worse has slashed the accessibility of the entire system. Fewer buses going to fewer places less often. Map apps that tell you yo wait for a bus that doesn't exist, buses veing up to 15 mins behind schedule, and overcrowding during peak travel hours. The old system wasn't perfect, but now it's just greedy.

Nearby locations come up as out of zone. Takes longer for bus to arrive. When I see these buses they are empty. Try to get on one and told that I need to book and wait for another one. What a waste of taxpayer funds. Give more normal bus routes or extra of the same busy routes. Also, buses are even later now. Whoever decided this would work is relaxing at home with thier own vehical.

Makes you open outside webpages to see detailed information about the zone maps. Won't let you book multiple buses for one trip (such as going from zone b to zone d). Doesn't have a good user interface either. Doesn't show normal bus routes, so you can plan your on demand bus to get you to the normal bus route. Doesn't give prompts or suggestions to help you book your trip. It's too faint and hard to read. Even one star is too generous.
