Unfortunate but only for the USA hello, is there anyway to have your product working for customers outside of the USA. I installed the app, but it said it is not eligible for those who live not in the USA. Very unfortunate, in case you extend your product for those abroad, please inform me. I would love to become your client :).

Tested. Proven. I recently experienced a flight delay of about 3 hours in Houston. During the delay, the software provided me and my wife with regular updates about the flight delay - often faster than the gate agent had info. By the time boarding was completed - BHTP had deposited $100 into my PayPal account. ($50 for me and $50 for my wife - a 100% return on "investment.") The software works great - however, the insurance aspect is a bit flawed. Although it will pay for MISSED CONNECTING flights, it will not pay for cancelled flights and the policy/website is silent about that. As such, the insurance is quite pricey for direct flights but more worthwhile for multi-legged adventures.

Completely worthless. Useless app won't let me sign in with my email address, saying it "isn't valid", yet allowed me to change a password (that doesn't work) via THE SAME E-MAIL THEY ARE DENYING IS VALID.

Missing the District of Columbia Would LOVE to use this app, but it won't allow me to use because my state is not available despite the fact that I already have a website profile. Come on. This is sloppy for Berkshire Hathaway!!
