I have been using this app for over a month now, and I have to say it is amazing! What a relief to finally get a blue tooth app for phone calls. Not sure why it has a bad reviews, so I am posting a positive review. I have a Galaxy S10+, phone calls are clear and better than talking hands free. This app always finds my phone every single day when I put aids on. Just purchased Bernafon Alpha 5, the first hearing aid to feature Hybrid Technology so No issues whatsoever as far as connection and the app works effortless. The hearing aids I am not quite impressed with for the cost, however the blue tooth technology and sound it offers is excellent. I am going to try the Alpha 7 to see if they are better.

It works....but I'm constantly fighting the volume control!!!! I have a hearing loss...why the h#$l is my bernafon app reducing the volume!!! Especially when I'm receiving a phone call. I answer it; but the moment I do it starts to lower the volume!!! I have to anticipate it and get ready to fight the control by increasing the volume!!! I've talked to the audiologist and Bernafon...they give me one option....buy an apple phone...not going to do that!!!! Time to replace them. Not Bernafon again!!

My app was working perfectly, until one hearing aid had a problem and went in for repair. When it came back my hearing aid specialist said we need kto Uninstall app, and reinstall. New app is different, even the graphics are different, and I can't get it to work. I originally had trouble before with old app, so I upgraded my phone, and it worked great.(got a different phone). Now the app is upgraded, and it doesn't work. I will tell you I'm not a happy camper at this point.

Very difficult to use, trying to pair hearing aids with the app, very hit-and-miss. I would not recommend the app, also the hearing aids.
