Wish there was a lower rating. This application has so many issues, bad user interface, bad performance, super buggy with lots of errors and no notifications. They want to be collecting usage data via the app, but I wish they would have paid some attention to user experience and quality check. Overall bad experience, deleted the app, and requested to change the thermostat. I am lucky to have an option to request a new one. Thermostat won't connect to internet, so it's basically a waste.
