Having major issues with, advance bookings, staying on the '12 min away' location of the map (so no idea whether a cab is coming or not... which lead to me cancelling and booking with uber, then B&W drove past! 🤦♀️), no real time feedback of where the drivers are, or how far away they are, taking a significant amount of time to find a driver. "Your driver is on its way", but it sits there at 12 min on a non-moving cab on the map. Takes 30 mins in Townsville just to get a driver.

The app cancelled multiple bookings after waiting ages for drivers to accept. I eventually had to call, and the operator couldn't work out why no bookings were being accepted or why bookings were being cancelled. One was cancelled just as I was speaking with her. There is no place to leave a note for the driver or to mention a taxi subsidy card
